We offer a 10% discount for first responders, military personnel and current students. Please email aj.lamay@baystatehealth.org for more information.
Most classes offered are open to the public, however, please view notes in the class registration to make sure. All employees of Baystate Health should use a personal e-mail for registration. All classes must be prepaid.
We offer Initial and Renewal Courses for certification in ACLS, PALS and BLS, these are fully in-person. Initial Courses are ideal for someone who has not taken the course previously or has an expired card. Renewal Courses are ideal for those that have an active card, but needs to renew it.
We also offer Heartcode Courses for certification in ACLS, PALS and BLS. Heartcode Courses provide the same certification as initials and renewals, but are offered in a hybrid format. The didactic portion of these classes are offered online, and then the student is required to attend an in-person practical skills session with an instructor. Enrolling in a Heartcode Course on this website will register you for both the online and in-person training. The date/time listed is when the student is required to attend their skills session.
The Baystate Education Center is located at 361 Whitney Ave. in Holyoke, MA.
The Education Center is found at the second entrance to the building. When pulling into 361 Whitney Ave, you will pass the first entrance, labeled LABCORP on your left. Continue past the speedbumps, up the hill to the second entrance on your left. Park anywhere in the parking lot to your right.
